Hi Marion,
Thanks for the clarification. However, we still do not know for sure if Mary
Hayes has or has not resigned.  Does anyone currently on this list know
Mary? If so, can you find out for us if she has definitely resigned? It
appears that the merchants division is beginning to fall apart.

    As a point of constitutional clarification, if the president resigns or
for any other reason the office of president is vacated, the Vice President
automatically assumes the office and appoints a member to fill the now
vacant post of Vice President. Therefore, if mary Hayes has resigned, Debbie
is the President.
