[Nfbf-l] Newsline changes

Sabrina,
There have been a couple of explanations floated as to why the numbers
were eliminated. Can you give us the real reason? Was it a matter of funding
or is it service discontinuation on the part of the provider? If it is
funding, what can we do about this? If it is because of the service
provider, are we looking for new providers?
