No Social Security cost of living increases for the next 2 years and then  
after that only 2 percent out to 2019
They can give billions to Car Makers , Insurance Companies like A. I. G ,  
and they can blow billions giving 
banks big bucks who don't need a thing 
But pay our Social Security is too much for them.
It is time we raised particular cane at the highest levels.
