    Since this is not a blindness issue, NAGDU will remain silent on this! 
My personal feeling, however, is that this is the result of ill-trained 
assistance animals and their handlers. The broad interpretation of the 
legislative intent to allow trained service animals public access has been 
abused by many and this is the repurcussion of this broad interpretation.
