Gina, I do remember that Mr. Evans down in West Palm had offered to write or 
train some individuals a while back when we were discussing transportation 
issues. You might want to give him a call and see how he may assist you with 
this venture. He has claimed to have written many grants in his lifetime and 
am sure he would be glad to do the same for the NFAB and you is asked! Your
