RJ, I like what you have started doing!  We will  reverse this mind set in 
the new administration of Rick Scott's if all of us(NFB, FCB,BVA/FRG,and

Sharry, I'm not femillure as to how to go about doing that, but I felt the
need to write a counter proposal, and thanks for the kind words. If you
wouldn't mind, could you please email me off list and give me some more
ideas as to what I could put into this proposal, because I'm not that greate
at doing these types of thing, and to me, It sounds to babbfied. My email
