Good Luck Dan!!  I agree with Kathy.  We all need to just hang in there, and

Let me add to that by saying that the board is sending a letter to the head
honcho at that hotel, to try to resolve this matter. I feel that they may
result in a lower rate for all of us. Stay tuned to find out how this works
out.
