It does sound like the thing to do at present is to just hang in there while
you and the rest of the Board try to work something out with the hotel.  I
think we're all unhappy about what has happened, but that does sound like
the most rational, sensible approach at this time.

Thank you, Kathy.

Let me add to that by saying that the board is sending a letter to the head
honcho at that hotel, to try to resolve this matter. I feel that they may
result in a lower rate for all of us. Stay tuned to find out how this works
out.
