Everyone,
I'm sorry for the messages I think I have an email virus.
I did NOT send this message so please don't click on it.
Does anyone have any ideas on how i can remedy this?

I have seen two messages from Sabrina Deeton on the list that seem rather
odd and that contained a link to a web site that seems suspect to me and the
fact that there was nothing else in the message including no subject makes
it even more suspicious.  I would advise not clicking the link in the
message.  It may be nothing at all but I wouldn't click the link to
investigate.
