I didn't hear the FCB convention.  What changes are you talking about and
what did they do to the guide dog policy?

I didn't like that fact they're making all of these changes at the center! I

listened to the FCB convention, and that's what they said they were doing! 
Also changing the guide dog policy? distroying everything Craig put into
