We all will miss Dawn terribly as she was a champion for childrens  
education rights and particularly blind children. She was a warm and loving  
individual who was incredibly bubbly and outgoing. Phyllis writes her eyes are  
weeping  tears of grief for the loss of Dawn.
Phyllis will let us know what the arrangements are as soon as she  knows.
