                  Executive Director for the Council on Aging of Volusia County

                  We are seeking an individual to head up a multi-million dollar health care agency in the Daytona Beach area comprised of a Home Health Agency, Fee-for-Service Agency and several State and Federal grants.  This individual will have a minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Social Services, Health Services Administration or related fields.  

                  The ideal candidate will have had significant, successful leadership experience as a CEO of a medium sized agency or second in command in a large sized agency or with high level experience in a for-profit environment.  This person will have shown significant creativity and vision in responding to changing economic environment to ensure continued growth amid pressures from the market and funding sources.  Must be comfortable dealing with high level funding sources and government leaders.  This person will have the ability to relate to the diverse needs of our clients, volunteers and employees.  Recruitment and development of Board members essential.
