Hi Tara,
Well, we imagine you could but we have never tried it and I don't really
recall reading anything where you could. It has a reuseable filter that can
be washed and used over and over again but I think you could use the
disposable filters as well. You might want to go to www.primulaproducts.com
and read up on it or give them a call. I'll bet they could advise you on
whether or not it is recommended.
