In response to  the concerns voiced at the last Council meeting with quick 
fixes with  JAWS and other technology issues, there is a site through the 
Chicago  Lighthouse called the National HelpDesk.

The Chicago Lighthouse’s National HelpDesk is an assistive  technology 
support line that helps visually impaired people successfully  resolve computer 
problems. The HelpDesk  is operated by Ray Campbell, who is totally blind.  
He has served people in 48 states,  six Canadian provinces, China, South 
Africa and New Zealand.
