[Nfbf-l] Hotel Room Keys Are A Security Leak

Jodie, well, tell your husband thanks for the correction! I think if we all
consider how much we are casual about our personal information in a days
time, we would all be shocked! Heck, I have heard horror stories about
people giving their waiters their cards to pay their tabs for dinners and
such, even in up scale restraunts and the waiters steal their information
off of them! So, I guess we are still vulnerable to the crooks in our
society, no matter how well we try and protect ourselves, right? Kirk

Hello Kirk and all,

The story about the hotel room key is an urban legend. My husband is in the
computer security business and he said this story all started with a
misinformed police officer in California.

Not to worry,

JODY
