Holly, the inconsistency  of the AM TRAK staff to place these tags tells you 
that they need to bbe trained on this topic of disabled passenger rights and 
care, wouldn't you agree? KH

I would like to see Amtrak change their policy, but I think I would
like to educate the employees.

Did you speak to the waitress about not feeding your dog?
I have kept the proof but not sure what I will do with it. I have more
important things to worry about right now. I have been on Amtrak
several times, about six or eight, and have only been labeled twice.
