[Nfbf-l] Gerry Idler in hospital in Denver, CO

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I just got a call from Greater Orlando Chapter member Gerry Idler. As most of you who have attended state and national conventions know, Gerry spends a great deal of time and effort shuttling people back and forth to convention. He is always willing to help. He has been on vacation visiting family in Arkansas and Denver. He is now in the hospital in Denver with a quite serious leg infection from a wound that did not heal. Apparently, he hurt himself while mowing his lawn here in Florida and it just has not gotten better. He is on IV antibiotics and they are trying to determine the best course of treatment to help his leg heal. Please keep Gerry in your thoughts and prayers.
