Hi Gerry,

I've added you to my church's prayer chain, and hope you will be on the mend
in no time.  I know Denver's a nice place, but I'll bet you're more than
ready to get back to good old Florida.  Besides, it's starting to cool
down...just a little, mind you!  We're all cheering for you down here!

thanks, I was in  proceedure when U called. Had so many good will calls,
they have asked me to go to vibrate.AM TOLD THIS AFTERNOON to expect to stay
in town at least 3 more days to await culture results unless one of those in
use makes a big difference which none have so far,  gerry

Man, I will give him a call immediately! He is one of the most unselfish
memberrs of our Florida affliate. I have never ever witnessed him turn down
anyone that needed a ride anywhere, no matter how far away it was! He is
always at our functions assisting all without invitation to do so, he just
does! I wish him a quick resolution to this unfortunate situation he finds
himself in! Gerry, if  your able to use your lap top and read this, as I
have done  many times while in the Hospital, You take care and get back down

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I just got a call from Greater
Orlando Chapter member Gerry Idler. As most of you who have attended state
and national conventions know, Gerry spends a great deal of time and effort
shuttling people back and forth to convention. He is always willing to help.
He has been on vacation visiting family in Arkansas and Denver. He is now in
the hospital in Denver with a quite serious leg infection from a wound that
did not heal. Apparently, he hurt himself while mowing his lawn here in
Florida and it just has not gotten better. He is on IV antibiotics and they
are trying to determine the best course of treatment to help his leg heal.
Please keep Gerry in your thoughts and prayers. If you want to give him a
