What David is trying to say is that through DBS, you have the choice to 
attend whatever training center you wish to attend, be it Daytona, Colorado 
or Ruston or any other one for that matter. You have to justify why you want 
to go to a particular center, but you need to be aware and make the choice 
that is best for you.
