This  announcement is bittersweet, because of circumstances beyond my 
control; I am  resigning effectively on November 30, 2011 from the Division of 
Blind  Services. I want to thank you for being you and the support you have 
given me  over the years. 
Remember there are tough times and tough people. Tough times  do not last 
forever but tough People do!
