JR, I would imagine that Dwight was bringing it to our attention in 
reference to Dean Cannon's remarks about "having things put under one 
umbrella is not necessarily going to help bring cost reduction change in our 
State Government" . At least that is what I took from it. It is another 
place for us to go to bring awareness to aboutt our blind services need to 
be seperated, if anyone so chooses, no? KH g it
