All the blind people I've talked to and some sighted people even are 
againist dismanteling services. Jessica Moss and I have discust this as 
well, and I don't think she is a part of a consummer group, and so I showed 
her the proposal, and she said that wasn't going to be good for us as blind 
people! RJ
