Tuesday FL information table 9-1 (2 people per 2 hour slot%
Wednesday FL Suite 6-8 (2 per 1&1/2 slot)
Thursday FL EXHIBIT Table 12:00-1'45

Please send me list of names & cell contact number for each shift. We have additional suite hours including Thursday from 5-8 if you want or have more volunteers.

You were not left out because I had others listed on Thursday noon & night. I don't know how many are coming from each chapter. I know Joe & Kitty work hard and I don't want to work you too hard!



Joe & Kitty, you are welcome to work information table on Tuesday. Time is up to you as schedule is open starting 9 am - 8 or so.



Wednesday night, your chapter could work the suite. 



Thursday, your chapter could work exhibit hall noon to 1:45 or 7:00 -9:00 pm, I would move Broward if you want night.
