The Seeing Eye, Inc.

Dear Seeing Eye Graduate,
The National Federation of the Blind and American Council of the Blind 
conventions will both be held next month, and we wanted to let you know 
which representatives from The Seeing Eye will be at each one. Note that 
this information also will be published in our next issue of The Navigator 
(coming soon!), but we wanted to share it with you ahead of time.
Meet Us at the Conferences
Representatives from The Seeing Eye will be attending the National 
Federation of the Blind national convention, which will be held July 3-8 in 
Orlando, Florida, and the American Council of the Blind conference and 
convention, which will be held July 8-16 in Reno, Nevada.
Joan Markey, Joy Planas, Kristin Lake and Pepper Bynum will be at NFB’s 
convention, and Jan Abbott, Tracy Cox, Kim Geczi and Angela McDyer will be 
at ACB’s convention. Jim Kutsch, Lukas Franck, and Pat McKenna will be at 
both conventions.
The Seeing Eye will have an ice cream party at each convention – on Monday, 
July 4th, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the NFB Convention, and on Sunday, July 
10th, from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the ACB Convention. We also will have 
information booths at each convention.
You’ll also be able to check out Seeing Eye merchandise (gifts, apparel and 
more) and place an order for convenient delivery, right to your home! 
Merchandise orders will only be taken on the first two exhibition days of 
each convention.
