Dear Lenora,


We're conducting a statewide survey on behalf of the Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind (FSDB) in hopes of helping them better serve deaf and blind children and their families. 


Would you mind taking 10 minutes to complete the survey? We would also greatly appreciate it if you would forward this email to (YOUR MEMBERS, TVI TEACHERS, YOUR ASSOCIATES, ETC.) and any of your family, friends and colleagues that either serve the deaf or blind communities, or who have a child who is deaf/hard of hearing or blind/visually impaired.
