I am so glad to see the Pinellas crew on the list generating interest in the
upcoming convention. Thank you Mike and Jim. Good old MTV -- when it really
was Music Television! It will be great to spend a weekend in the 80s! I
can't wait to find out what that "eight" thing is all about!

Go to http://www.nfbflorida.org/upcoming/convention-2011.htm for complete
information about the convention and a form to print and send in along with
your convention registration payment. Call the hotel at 727-894-5000 or
1-800-445-8667 to make your room reservations. Mention the convention or
convention code NFB to get the great NFBF convention rates. Rooms are
limited so make your reservations today!

> On behalf of the Pinellas Chapter NFB, we are looking forward to
hosting
> the NFBF State Convention on May 28, 29, and 30, 2011; at the Hilton hotel
> downtown St. Petersburg. It is a great hotel overlooking Tampa Bay and
> conveniently located near several restaurants, a grocery store, the
historic
> St. Pete Pier, and 2 blocks from a free shuttle bus on Central Avenue.
The
> Hilton is easy to navigate with all the guest rooms, convention meeting
> rooms and all other activities located in one building. Also, located on

Anspach
> and Bonnie Prescott, beloved wife of our long term member Paul Prescott.
> They were very active members and left 3 very big pairs of shoes to fill.
> David and Tammy were very big fans of 1980's music. So, the 80's will be
the
