Hi Toni, Yes, John Hinkley Jr. shot Reagan to get Jody Foster's attention. I was ironing at the time when they interupted programs for the announcement. Seems like yesterday. Jody Foster collected a lot of flack over it and she really had nothing to do with it. JODY
