[Nfbf-l] temporarily locked out of FACEbook

All of you were so much help with the virus issue. I am running AVG and 
Windows XP pro. I have run it and I have run Superantispyware and my 
computer is clear of malware and viruses. Now how do I go about unlocking my 
temporarily locked Facebook account without having to uninstall AVG and 
install Microsoft Security software? Also, how do I contact Facebook? Any 
help would be most appreciated and thanks in advance so as not to clutter up 
the lists with "thank you's".
