Hello R J,
System Access is a screen reader by Serotek and they offer several 
different products.
System Access Mobile Network is well how to explain it. The network is 
all in browser windows and you have email, world wide web as well as 
social networking such as IM, face book etc all within their browser. 
There is also described video and just a ton of informational sites and links.
News unlimited and you can even create your own newspaper and select 
only the topics you are interested in and any articles on that topic 
will be added to your newspaper as soon as the article comes out.
There is a ton of music and radio links and it goes on and on and on.
I have been using the System Access Mobile Network for over five years 
and I have not came close to reading, watching  all that they have to offer.
