Oh, my gosh, I didn't think of that. Well what a bummer. I count a big old
total of 8 Republicans voting for it. Hopefully the vote will be tried again
in the future. A little more education from diverse disability groups and
this will pass.

Unless I'm wrong, 61 yes and 38 no. I forgot it takes a 2/3 majority to pass
the treaty. Thanks Senator Rubio for nothing!
