Good afternoon to all, dbs employees just got off the phone the new director 
that has been appointed.  Alicia made it very clear that she does not 
believe that vr and dbs should be one agency. There are no plans to move dbs 
at this time.  She also went on to say that she would not support moving dbs 
in the future.  So every one please com down.
