For those of you who may have questions about travel insurance and why you
should have it.
Below is an example and explanation from Cheryl and Nelson .
Happy New Year
Dwight

I keep mentioning travel insurance, many of you are thinking I do not need
it, but d0 you know what it covers

We are not talking tons of money for it either, it goes by for individual
travel insurance, state where you like, age, total amount of trip cost.

With the group insurance it goes by the total amount that was spent total
on the cruise, plus age bracket.

Example: our cruise to the NFB of FL cruise.

For myself and my husband, we have to get airline, possibly hotel, and our
cruise fare, which is a total estimating at $2200 for the 2 of us or $1100
per person, and because I am 45 I will be approximately $53 for my travel
insurance because Nelson will be 63 at the time he will be paying $79, so a
total for the 2 of us for travel insurance will be $132, to protect a
$2200 investment plus other things see below. It will probably be less for
others that not traveling from NY, the price is based on age and total amount
of trip cost.

(FYI, if you get sick and need to see the medical officer on board, you
must pay first and this can be on your credit card with the cruise line, you
will get a receipt, and then put in a claim with your insurance company, if
they do not pay, in my case Medicare did, when I got sick the 1st time I
cruised, they paid the 80 percent, I sent the 20 percent to Travel Guard and
they covered it.

Dental......................................................................
