Hello Jim, at the CES show in Vegas they introduced several TV's that have
voice over built in. They said that the new TV's would be out later this
year. One was from Samsung and LG. I also think that Toshiba was another.
Also, for some who don't want to buy a new TV, Nuance introduced a box
called Dragon TV, which you plug into your TV and it speaks everything on
the TV just like a sighted person sees the channel or information at the
bottom of the screen. It is supposed to work on any TV, including older
TV's. Remember, Nuance is the one that created Siri on the iPhone 4S. This
box will tell you what is on and if it is a movie, it will tell you what the
movie is about. It will also tell you what shows are coming up on the
channels. Go to CNET.com and check out the CES show in Vegas this past
January. Happy trails!

Hi Matt,

Of course I can't be sure but I believe this year. I'm really hoping so.

Thanks,
Jim

This is great if you live in the UK. I wonder when this technology will be
available here.
