[Nfbf-l] Braille International

[Mark Tardif]

You know, Peter, you are far from the only one who wonders about this. 
Friends I have spoken with have suggested the same thing.  I am not prepared 
to say that something "fishy" is going on, but it did seem to come out of 
nowhere, I mean, it struck like a bombshell 2 weeks ago.
