Well, I'll tell ya:  in January 1995, we were told we would only work half
days because the company supposedly "couldn't make payroll."  Turns out, the
president at that time had been using the company's credit card for lots of
personal things; long story short, he was forced out; and Geoffrey Bull came
in; under his management, the company really turned around.  He retired in
2000, and the current management came on board.  Why do I think of the fishy
analogy?  Because we appeared to be doing rather well over the past year;
lots of books being approved that we did for NLS.  This is why it brings up
the memory of what happened in 1995.  Just my two cents on this.
