[Nfbf-l] Legislation

Thanks to Denise, Bill, & Sherri about the information on the pedestrian
bill. I had been getting that impression from the fact that there had been
no updates on this bill. It is really a shame that it did not get far, but
we just have to keep being persistent with these folks. For anyone who
watched any of the coverage Friday afternoon /night, did you pick up on the
fact that a lot of house and senate reps. have reached their term limits
and were saying their farewells? Everybody knows what that means. New
people, new training, and maybe the chance of submission and passage of
the legislation on issues we all care about. Hopefully, the Supreme Court
will have a fair ruling on re-districting so that the process can move
forward.

Thank you, again, Denise, for all your hard work.
Judy
