Well, Lucky me!  My cell phone is on it's way out, and I'm faced with the challenge of finding a new one.  This time around, I thought I would try and get something with voice over.

Does anyone know of an accessible cell phone that works with ATNT? 

I really do not want a smart phone, just a basic one that will tell me  who calling etc.

I've spoken with several folks from the company, and no one seems to have any knowledge on this topic.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
