Hi Tara,

There is something of a learning curve with Office 2007 and 2010 but the 
ribbons and such are accessible with JAWS.

I use 2007 with Jaws 11 without any problem. The ribbon is pretty
accessible. The problem with ribbon approach is that it is radically
different from 2003, but not inaccessible.
