Just a suggestion:
Start a folder on this Great Convention and copy all the information that  
will be coming out about it.
There is so much to tell that it will be out as we see it and post  it.
We have  18 months to bring  this great event to you so be  prepared to be 
given as much as we can post to get your interest and excitement  up to 
massive levels.
 
Our 2013 convention in St. Petersburg  will be great fun and we will  be 
posting the usual information as it 
becomes available. Stay tuned to the Event News Coming from your STATE  
AFFILIATE .
