How to File a Video Description Complaint with the FCC
The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) requires local TV station
affiliates of ABC, CBS, Fox, and NBC in the top 25 TV markets to air at
least four hours a week of prime time and/or children's programming that
has audio descriptions. Read more about the video requirements and how to
file a complaint if you cannot resolve your complaint with your local cable
or satellite provider first. Complaints can be filed online using the
Disability Access Form 2000-C or by calling 1-888-225-5322.
