How to File a Video Description Complaint with the FCC
The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) requires local TV station 
affiliates of ABC, CBS, Fox, and NBC  in the top 25 TV markets to air at 
least four hours a week of prime time and/or children's  programming that 
has audio descriptions. Read more about the video requirements and how to 
file a complaint if you cannot resolve your complaint with your local cable 
or satellite provider first. Complaints can be filed online using the 
Disability Access Form 2000-C or by calling 1-888-225-5322.
