The whole reason for dealing with a "travel professional" rather than just
dealing directly with the cruise line or one of the "big box" type vendors
is so that you have someone you can go to who knows more than you and who is
going to take your specific needs into consideration andwork to acomodate
them.  Its up to the pro to have the answers its not up to the client to
know what all the questions should be.

Carlos,
When you ask questions and get told answers and later find out the answers
were not factual, thats the problem. The State Board asked the questions, we
thought me did our homework by getting a Travel Professional in our the
action.
