[Nfbf-l] So how do you define a medical service dog anyway?

Cheryl, I ran into a problem here in Los Angeles. I was getting on a
commuter train, the Exposition Line, and a guy, touting a rottweiler, gets
on the train. I could not sit down at all because the guy was in my way.
In fact, the dog was very smelly and unkempt. But he swears up and down he
had an accident, and his dog helps him get on his feet. I am starting to
get my trust back with rottweilers, but having a dog as a service animal is
not a thing for everyone.

Because of the guy and his dog, and the crate, I, absolutely, did not
want to sit down. What if the dog snapped at me and lunged at me? What if
he got out of his crate and growled at others? And the guy claiming it's a
medical service animal? I would have been scared for my life!
