[Nfbf-l] Test and displaying messages

If you are in Outlook Express and setting up your account, under account 
name if you put the word recent: before your account name (don't forget to 
include the colon, it will send you copies of your incoming messages. 
However, it re-downloads quite a few messages that you've already received 
the first time through. This is of course with g-mail accounts. Others, I am 
not sure of.

Apparently when the change of servers happened, the automatic copy to
yourself either got turned off or it doesn't operate that way anymore. I now
will CC my self so I can know that it transmitted.
