As  you know the original sale for the 4 category upgrades was until Feb 
28th,  which is today. As of yesterday, when I was on the Travel Agent Webinar 
with  Norwegian Cruise Lines. It has been extended until March 31, 2013. 
Sherri Brun  upgrades yesterday to a better Ocean View State room and saved 
almost $95 on  her cruise.
