Sherry, This is sad on both sides of the situation. The poor puppy could've been blinded as well what a shame however this older woman as obviously got some serious mental issues if what she states is accurate so how can we blame this lady's bad behavior or irrational behavior when she's mentally ill as she states . I don't believe we can as I also feel this is an isolated and unique situation that I don't think any sane person would have done so like I say this is sad I'm both sides of this unique situation thank God the puppies doing better and I hope this lady gets the help that she needs!
