[Nfbf-l] NBC New show premiering about growing up withaguide dog...

Good morning everyone,

And leads viewers to believe it's okay to distract a guide dog by
offering it food. Anyone that uses a guide dog knows full well the nasty
cans of worms that can be opened when one gives a guide dog table scraps. I
know about this from having had two dogs that would try to grab groceries
off of the shelves when we go shopping. I have nearly been asked to remove
my dog from the store due to their tendency to want to grab items from the
shelves. This behavior occurred even after my dogs were fed their normal
food prior to our going to the grocery store. This is just one of many ways
that food can be used to distract a working guide dog. Beyond that we're no
fans of cit-coms.
