> Yesterday, the House of Representatives passed the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) by a vote of 415-6. Its companion bill was passed in the Senate a little less than two weeks ago by a vote of 95-3. The jobs bill reauthorization aims to streamline federal workforce programs and overhaul the job training system for young people with disabilities.
