Good morning everyone,

    That will only happen when both organizations adopt the same philosophy, 
develop and operate programs that work, do not undermine what the other 
organization is doing, the list goes on. If someone can find a magic bullet 
to make that happen the sooner it occurs the better off the blind community 
will be. It sounds good in theory but someone needs to find the recipe to 
make it a reality.
