Congratulations to Gloria!!

There is also a Deaf Blind person who is on this board, Vicky Magliocchino.  She represents Deaf Blind Floridians and is an amazing advocate plus she is also the president of the Florida Deaf Blind Associaiton.  

It is great that the state has councils that allow individuals such as these to advocate and share their skills and knowledge!
