Governor Rick Scott Appoints Five to the Rehabilitation Council for the 
Blind

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - Today, Governor Rick Scott announced three appointments 
and two reappointments to the Rehabilitation Council for the Blind.

Reverend Charles Brooks III, 65, of Kissimmee, is a retired buyer for the 
School District of Osceola County. He succeeds Paul Kaminsky and is 
appointed for a term beginning January 22, 2015, and ending August 31, 2017.

Robert Doyle III, 41, of Tallahassee, is the division director of the 
Florida Department of Education Division of Blind Services. He fills a 
vacant seat and is appointed for a term beginning January 22, 2015, and 
ending at the pleasure of the Governor.

Michael Wiseman, 36, of Hialeah, is an advocate for persons with 
disabilities. He succeeds Paul Edwards and is appointed for a term beginning 
January 22, 2015, and ending August 31, 2017.

Sandra Martin, 53, of Fort Myers, is a marketing representative for 
Lighthouse of Southwest Florida. She is reappointed for a term beginning 
January 22, 2015, and ending August 31, 2017.

Gloria Mills, 69, of Tampa, is a tax accountant with IReScue Tax. She is 
reappointed for a term beginning January 22, 2015, and ending August 31, 
2017.
